Character: Grown at the most famous Kenyan Tea Garden. The estate sits at the foot of Mount Tinderet on the edge of the vast Tinderet forest. The name Tinderet means Place of Lightning.

Makes a shimmering, copper coloured cup with piquant, rich, malty character. Great after dinner tea.

Infusion: copper coloured cup

Ingredients: Kenyan black tea

Brewing method: Brew 1 teaspoon of tea in 200ml (7fl oz.) filtered and freshly boiled water for 3 minutes.
