Character: The jasmine flowers are picked immediately after flowering and placed on the green tea overnight, to absorb the flavour. The process is repeated a few times. Intense floral flavour, with an attractive golden-colour.

Infusion: golden-green.

Ingredients: green tea, jasmine flowers.

Brewing method: This tea can be brewed for up to three times. For the best results you will need to use 1-2 teaspoons of green tea blend per 200ml (7fl oz.) water at 80-90°C .  Brew for 2-4 minutes. Strain and add more water for a second and third infusion
