Character: Most popular of our green tea varieties. It has beautiful dark green leaves and a well-balanced, classic green tea taste.

Infusion: yellow-green

Ingredients: China Green Tea

Brewing method: Brew 1 teaspoon of China Sencha in 200ml (7fl oz.) water at 75-80C (167-176F) for 2 minutes. Strain and add some more water for second and third infusions.
