China black tea, with golden leaf tips, from the Yunnan province. Rare & highly sought after, Golden Monkey is grown only in small quantities. The name is said to have come about as the leaf tips look like monkeys paws.

Ingredients: China black tea

Brewing method: Brew 1 teaspoon of Golden Monkey in 200ml (7fl oz.) filtered and freshly boiled water for 3 minutes.
