Character: Fully aromatic, rich and fragrant tea from the famous tea garden in the Nuwara Eilya district. Teas from this highest region of the island are often described as the ‘Champagne of teas!’.

Infusion: dark golden-coloured

Ingredients: black Ceylon teas

Brewing method: Brew 1 teaspoon of Adams Peak in 200ml (7fl oz.) filtered and freshly boiled water for 3 minutes.
