Ingredients: Rooibos, apple pieces, blackberry leaves, orange blossoms, liquorice root.
Brewing method: Brew 1 teaspoon of cactus fig rooibos in 200ml (7fl oz.) filtered and freshly boiled water for 3-4 minutes

This is a nice mild taste and I quickly became addicted to it. I had a hot cup of this at 3 in the morning when I couldn’t sleep and it was really soothing, no caffeine so perfect to get me to drift off. Nice any time of the day though.

I have never tried any Rooibos tea before, but itwas recommended by a friend. I am surprised how much I like it and am certainly far from being disappointed This blend is fruity and soothing. A delicious tea.
