Ingredients: black tea, cinnamon, ALMONDS, apple pieces (apple, antioxidant: citric acid, salt), flavour, vanilla, natural flavour.  Please see allergens in bold. 

Brewing method: Brew 1 teaspoon of rooibos in 200ml (7fl oz.) filtered and freshly boiled water for 5-10 minutes
