Character: Lovely floral fragranced semi-fermented tea from the Yunnan province of China. Wonderful earthy, slightly smokey flavour with a sweet Christmassy gingerbread flavour undertone.

Infusion: dark red

Ingredients:

black tea (semi-fermented), cloves, ALMONDS, cocoa bean pieces, star anise, cocoa shells, cinnamon, pink pepper. **Contains NUTS**

Brewing method: Brew 1 teaspoon of tea in 200 ml (7fl oz) freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes.
